Brad Ogle went to be with the Lord December 25, 2007. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky on February 27, 1942. He passed peacefully in his home in Hayden Lake with his family by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents Bob and Mary Ogle.
Brad grew up in Southern California attending Beverly Hills High School and spending his college years at the University of Arizona. Brad met his true love, Shirley, while in college and married in Phoenix.
Bradâ€(TM)s career was really one of an inventor. Brad holds patents on many devices for the medical industry that are in widespread use today. Since retiring Bradâ€(TM)s main occupation has been spending time with family and friends doing the things he enjoyed most. Brad made it a point to never miss an opportunity to be present at one his childrenâ€(TM)sâ€(TM) or grandchildrenâ€(TM)sâ€(TM) events. He was an enthusiastic supporter of everyone he met. Brad enjoyed snow skiing, fishing, running, scuba diving, swimming and having fun but really enjoyed the game of golf. He had great passion for the game and enjoyed developing his wifeâ€(TM)s appreciation of the game. Brad could always be counted on to â€śpressâ€ť on a golf bet.
Brad is survived by his wife Shirley Ogle of Hayden Lake; his sister, Mary Hinderer and husband Bill of Malibu, CA; his brother, Bobby Ogle and wife Tiare of Coos Bay, OR. Brad has two boys, Bryan Ogle and wife Katie of Hayden Lake, and Bryce Ogle and wife Kelli of Hayden Lake. Brad is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, Brock Ogle, Dylan Ogle, Brayden Ogle, Nez Ogle and Macy Kate Ogle. Brad is survived by 5 nieces and nephews as well; David Ogle, Marc Ogle, Whitney Harrington, Michelle Ogle and Tyler Hinderer. He will be missed greatly by his family.
The funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 29, 2007 at the Yates Funeral Home, Hayden Chapel. Burial will follow at Coeur dâ€(TM)Alene Memorial Gardens.
